Mr. Percival O. Ampomah, ESQ.

Percival is a seasoned lawyer and finance and investment professional with significant expertise in the Private Equity and Venture Capital industry in Ghana. He is currently General Manager of the Venture Capital Trust Fund. As a lawyer, he focuses on corporate and commercial practice and transactions, and he is a member of the Ghana Bar Association. Percival was previously the General Manager of one of the largest Asset Management Companies in Ghana. Before that, he was the General Manager of Prime Equity Investments at the Ghana Growth Fund, where he managed the fund's major private equity investments in the financial services sector and across agro-related businesses in Ghana.

Prior to joining the Ghana Growth Fund, Percival was Deputy General Manager and Head of Investments at the Venture Capital Trust Fund, where he provided strategic leadership for all aspects of the Trust Fund's investments in venture capital funds, angel investments, and impact investment vehicles. He is a skilled business valuation expert and has performed and supervised several valuation and investment appraisal projects both in Ghana and in the USA, where he worked in investment banking.
